About myself
My name is Tetiana Oleksandrivna Bubalo.
I am a dermatological surgeon and the chief medical officer at Esteva Clinic.
I did not choose medicine by chance. Ever since I was a child, I have dreamt of becoming a doctor so that I could help people feel more confident and happier.
Today, what I value most about my work is the opportunity to combine medical knowledge, modern technology and a personalised approach to each patient.
I am continuing a family tradition of doctors and, throughout my professional career, I have been constantly improving my knowledge and practical skills.
In 2002, I enrolled at the O. O. Bogomolets National Medical University in Kyiv. From my fifth year onwards, I became particularly fascinated by aesthetic medicine — it was then that I began working as a beautician, attending professional conferences and training under leading specialists in Europe.
I trained under doctors from Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and Monaco.
This experience has helped me develop my own approach to my work: rather than simply following trends, I select the techniques for each patient that are evidence-based, safe and appropriate specifically for their individual case.
I have been at the helm of Esteva Clinic since 2016. For me, it is not just a place of work, but a team of professionals united by shared values — high standards of medical care, continuous professional development and respect for every patient.
Under my leadership, Esteva Clinic has been ranked amongst the top 20 best clinics in Kyiv by the Ukrainian Business Award and received the ‘Choice of the Country 2022’ award as the best centre for aesthetic medicine and dermatology in Kyiv.
My specialism is elegant rejuvenation at any age.
I firmly believe that modern aesthetic medicine should not alter a person, but rather delicately enhance their natural beauty. That is precisely why I take a comprehensive approach in my work, combining injectable and non-invasive techniques: Endolift, SMAS lifting, microneedling, Radiesse and polylactic acid injections, botulinum toxin therapy and other modern methods.
I always begin with a conversation with the patient: it is important to understand not only what is troubling them, but also what result they actually wish to achieve.
For me, a good result is when those around them notice that a person looks fresh, well-groomed and balanced, but cannot quite put their finger on exactly what has changed.
I am proud of the Esteva Clinic team, which we have managed to unite around a shared vision of our profession. I am still fascinated by medicine, the opportunity to develop, and seeing the results of my work every day.
And the greatest reward for me is the trust of my patients and the joy in their eyes after their appointment with us.
